Jose Sanabria is wanted by the Nassau County Police Department and Nassau County Court after being arrested on a first-degree rape charge. A warrant was later issued for his arrest when he failed to appear in court.
Sanabria, 41, has been described by police investigators as a 5-foot-7 Hispanic man weighing approximately 150 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Officials noted that anyone who may come into contact with Sanabia should not “attempt to apprehend or detain” him.
